Matt Roberts

Founding Principal, M.H. Roberts, PA

Matt has held primary responsibilities in all phases of planning and landscape architectural design. He served as a landscape architect for NC State University’s Campus Planning as well as the supervisor for the development of NC State University’s North Campus. He is a volunteer for the J.C. Raulston Arboretum and has served as a design committee member for the J.C. Raulston Arboretum Grass-Roots Master Plan. Matt has surrounded himself with a great team that has the experience and work ethic needed to design, install and maintain great landscapes for corporations, civic projects, planned communities and homeowners.

Matt’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science from the University of New Hampshire, with minors in Art and Entomology. He has a Masters in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University, College of Design and graduate studies in Site Engineering at Cornell University and the University of Georgia.

Kathryn Roberts

Office Administrator

Kathryn joined M.H. Roberts, PA in 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Science from Clemson University, with a minor in Agricultural Business. Post college, she received her professional aviation certificate and was a pilot for Continental Airlines. Kathryn provides business support for the entire M.H. Roberts team and administrates the office.
